Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s younger sister Shamita Shetty has signed a web series, a comic thriller, in a quirky role. She was last seen on a couple of reality shows including Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 and Big Boss 3.
The actress who made her B-Town debut with Yash Chopra’s Mohabbatein (2000), never really found her footing in the film industry after that. She was last seen in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual Naan Avan Adhu (2008). The actress is now attending to workshops for her web series.
