Anaika Soti was born on 14 January 1991 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and soon after moved to Hong Kong with her family for four years. Later, She moved to Mumbai and studied in Panchgani throughout her education. She completed her schooling in Malaysia and graduated in fashion designing. She began her career as a model in Mumbai. Director Ram Gopal Varma spotted her on an elevator in 2012. He offered her a role for his future film. In 2013, Anaika Soti subsequently signed on to appear in his bilingual crime film, Satya 2 which is shot in both Hindi and Telugu, based on the Mumbai underworld.
