We were the first ones to tell you that Aanand L Rai and Shah Rukh Khan have pulled off a brilliant casting coup. By casting arch rivals Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone in their next film, where SRK will play the role of a midget.
While the main role will be of Shah Rukh only, the two leading ladies have some important roles to play in this rom-com. Catch News has details about their roles.
According to a report on the website, "Katrina Kaif will essay the character of a leading Bollywood star in the film whereas Deepika Padukone will be seen as a rural Indian girl romantically paired with SRK." The film was initially titled Katrina Meri Jaan as the main premise of the story, that time, was about the journey of a dwarf man, from a small town in India, to meet Katrina who he idolises.
