Gauhar Khan is an Indian model and actress. After pursuing modeling, she made her acting debut in 2009 with Yash Raj Films’ Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year,She was brought up into a Muslim family, where she is one of the five siblings. She is the youngest of all and the sister of famous television actress Nigaar Khan, who got married to a businessman from Dubai named Khayyam Sheikh on July 23, 2015. Khayyam happens to be a Pakistani businessman settled in Abu Dhabi. The two met each other through their cousins and began dating soon after they liked each other,She was born on 23 August 1983 into a Muslim family in Pune, Maharashtra. She has completed her schooling from Mount Carmel Convent School, lullanagar, Pune. She has done a couple of television ads including Ford Ikon and Tanishq jewellery. She has also modeled for Manish Malhotra. Gauhar along with her sister Nigaar Khan appeared on a TV show “The Khan Sisters” which was Indian version of “Keeping up with the Kardashians”.
