The former Miss India contestant Pragya Jaiswal was born in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. She has done her education at Symbiosis Law School in Pune, where she received ‘Symbiosis Sanskritik Puraskar’ for her achievement in the field of art and culture. During her college, she has participated in the Miss Pune contest and has won it. Later Pragya has featured in many leading advertisements. She also walked as a ramp model for various fashion shows.
Pragya Jaiswal made her debut in Bollywood with Titoo MBA movie. She was praised for her lead role in this film. She made her Telugu debut with 2014 film Dega. Later she has features in two Telugu movies Mirchi Lanti Kurradu and Kanche. Jaiswal had previously auditioned Gabbar Is Back, but got offer in Kanche.
