It was earlier reported that PeeCee left the project because of her wedding with American musician Nick Jonas, but reports later said that Priyanka was being paid an amount of Rs 6 crore for the film, which the actress considered way less given her current stature.In 2015, Priyanka took over the West by bagging the lead role in American TV series Quantico, in which she played FBI agent Alex Parrish. The series was discontinued earlier this month, after its third season came to an end.
In an emotional note on her Instagram, Priyanka wrote, “As the series ends, I am saying goodbye to Alex Parrish. As you’ll see, her story will come full circle…and that is the best feeling as an actor. Bringing Alex to life has challenged me physically and emotionally.
